Then you have to upload the design online, such as in photobucket or Stash.
From there, you go on dA as if you want to write a journal entry. That is where you will type down CSS codes.
CSS coding is required to make journal skins. CSS is hard to learn, but it pays off eventually.
The whole journal skin-making process is very long and hard to explain. If you would like, I can note you more info that I have saved from previous explanations. Would you like that?
